Senior Project Manager Regulatory Affairs
Managed the Regulatory PMO projects and ensures project compliance with GxP, relevant SOP’s, and regulatory requirements. Primary responsibilities include acting as the liaison between the business users and vendors to develop, launch, train, and test regulatory software solutions. Additionally, create regulatory-related technical documentation, data migration, validation and verification plans as well as develop contingency and risk mitigation strategies related to regulatory PMO goals.

Senior Global Program Manager – Supply Center
As the primary global visionary leader for the Supply Center consignment program, I was responsible for the master production plan, global sales, development of new business opportunities, marketing the scope and definition of all technical projects. The overall goal was to substantially improve the global footprint, increase revenue while considering market drivers, and production limitations.

Senior ERP Business Analysis
Designed the MDG workflow modules for the customer and material modules for SAP version 6. Primary responsibilities included specification development, clarification, technical documentation preparation, as well as project management. Served as the liaison between the functional and technical teams to manage script creation, unit, end-to-end testing, audit documentation, and ongoing maintenance procedures for system upgrades and modifications.

International Product Manager II
Managed the company’s flagship diabetes and hemoglobinopathy platforms. Managing the global marketing strategy, forecast, production estimates, and reaching the revenue goal of $80M per year. As the voice of the customer, I ensured the platform exceeded laboratory technical use specifications and requirements by improving product availability, hardware features, software functionality, and developing new business opportunities.

Account Manager
As the Sales Account Manager for the San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, I was responsible for selling a range of clinical diagnostic products, including diabetes, hemoglobinopathy, infectious disease, immunohematology, and associated instrumentation. I incorporated SPIN analysis to identify gaps within the competitor's products and used such information to target the customer needs, create solutions, and ensure a concise sales process.
October 2003 - May 2007
Senior Diagnostic Systems Specialist
As a field representative, I installed an array of clinical diagnostic supported instrumentation. The portfolio included diabetes and hemoglobinopathy high-performance liquid chromatography, autoimmune and infectious disease platforms, readers, and washers. I was responsible to execute onsite clinical trial studies, data correlation, validation, and verification to meet FDA acceptance rules. Additionally, I supported the regional Field Engineers with difficult technical issues as well as the Sales Representatives to grow revenue and increase system placements throughout the region.
