Lighthouse Project
Manage the global re-registration of 40+ instruments from the French facilities to Bio-Rad Singapore. Manage all documents, countries registration, and dossier creation utilizing the TrackWise Digital Platform.
TrackWise Digital
Design, implement, train, launch, and support the regulatory tool used for the creation of Country Registration, storage of technical documents, and tracking of global registrations for reporting.
SAP Customer Master
Designed the Customer Master segment of SAP based on user requirements, implemented with extensive validation and verification, created user GBPs, SOPs, and WIs, trained global users, as well as launched deployments 1 and 2.
Bio-Rad Supply Center
As the primary global visionary leader for the Supply Center consignment program, I was responsible for the master production plan, global sales, the development of new business opportunities, marketing, and the scope and definition of all technical projects. The overall goal was to substantially improve the global footprint, and increase revenue while considering market drivers, and production limitations.
